    This is from "La Hora de los Hornos" (The Hour of the Furnaces), a four hour long movie made in 1968 in Argentina, about how American-led neocolonialism completely messed up things in South America. The whole bit about how the CIA controls everything may seem a little too far left/crazy to some, but also note that it was made illegal to watch this movie in a lot of places in South America, and that the media and governments have been relatively overtly controlled by American agencies down south to a point where you'd be insane to deny the (even self-admitted by the agency) hard evidence. In fact, my birth wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the CIA funding the Pinochet coup in Chile and causing my grandpa to move everyone to Canada... I find it pretty amusing that I'm the indirect result of the American hegemony-maintaining powers being ridiculous assholes.
