If they want AI to think like humans, it's decision making ability will need to be a combination of
    AI vs AI
    AI vs Nature
    AI vs Self.

Sometimes I feel like the universe has an energy pulsing through it. (The Wave). You need to be awake and aware to feel it, but its everywhere. It's a deja vu feeling in a very different way. The guy in the story below tapped into it, felt it, acted upon it, won, then the universe collapsed because it was experienced through his awareness. The universe must be a quantum computer because this is spooky what happened.

"There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.
There is another theory which states that this has already happened." Douglas Adams

Luck runs out: Man loses $92K in winning lottery tickets
    Associated Press

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — The same lucky lottery numbers, 7-1-5, that won a Florida man tens of thousands of dollars over the years banked him another $92,000 payout last month. And then his luck ran out: the 184 winning tickets, each worth $500, were nowhere to be found.
    
Walid Aboroomi searched high and low, even calling his garbage hauler to see if he might try to salvage the Florida Cash 3 tickets. (He couldn't — his trash is taken to an incinerator.)

"Finally, I gave up. I was crying, crying like a baby," said the 50-year-old man.

Aboroomi told The Tampa Tribune (http://bit.ly/1GYpcPA) he has a ticket from the lottery machine showing 184 tickets were sold on May 28. But lottery officials told him he must have the tickets to get the cash.

Aboroomi has had a lucky streak over the years, winning well over $1.5 million from various lottery games. In fall 2004, he won $500,000 in a scratch-off jackpot. The next year, he won $1 million playing the Virginia Million Dollar Madness scratch game. He later won $71,000 in the Virginia Pick 3 with his lucky numbers, and another $100,000 with those same numbers in 2007.

"Yeah," Aboroomi said, "I'm not hungry."

His latest luck with 7-1-5 came May 28, when he said he noticed the time: 7:15 p.m. A license plate in the parking lot had the number 715. Incidentally, that's his birthday: July 15.

"Everything was 715," said Aboroomi, who emigrated from Israel 27 years ago. "It was blowing my brain."

I understand when it comes to light and color, white is made up of all the possible colors and black is the absence of color

But what if I were to take all the colors from a crayon box and color in the same spot, it would compose a shade that resembles a lot closer to the color black than white....

So next time you look out into the vast darkness of space, imagine that darkness not as an emptiness or absence, but imagine it as if it was the composition of everything (all the crayons colored in the same spot)

Simulation hypothesis is questioning whether the universe is just a simulation of some sort. Entropy measures the chaos of a system- a closed system generally moves from a simple state to a more complex state.

Entropy happens because the computation power running "our" simulation has increased. The computer running our simulation could be following a Moores law like trajectory. In the same way our computer games have gone from pong, to Atari, to 64-bit, to the super-duper-nintendos they have now, the universal computer has also been "upgraded" and thus our universal simulation has become "more complex" every time.

Lets call the computer that is simulating us, the (G)uiding (O)nlooking (D)evice

The more distant an object is, the longer the light from that object has been traveling to reach us. Functionally, when we see an object 9.9 billion light years away we are seeing how that object looked 9.9 billion years ago, allowing astronomers to peer into the distant past and derive some truths about the moments immediately after the Big Bang...

how is this even possible? does light not face entropy? I mean how does light travel 8-9 billion light years and still remain unchanged? and how does it actually "propel" itself so fast with no ignition source? It has to be quantum related because it is truly spooky action at a distance.

I guess I don't fully get it, so our universe is just filled up with a bunch of light from the past, we are literally "stuck" in past as we move through our universe constantly being bombarded with the light from the past?

could dark matter be the light that has already happened?

    please share some thoughts here...

    Government Game Show(GGS).

I recently read an article about how Wheel-of-Fortune winners are forced to pay taxes on their winnings before they can collect. Powerball winners pay very high percentage of winnings to state and federal taxes. If the government were to start their own game show, it would bring in revenue two ways. 1. Winnings are to be taxed, and 2. The government could then whore out their commercial spots. It would be in our nation's best interest if everyone would watch because the more viewers there are the more the companies are willing to pay to advertise. Imagine if the GGS nightly showing would get as many viewers as the superbowl? Any thoughts on this idea?
