Cancer purely man-made?

Effects of radioactivity depend on the radiation dosage impinging on the tissue, no matter whether naturally occurring or from man-made technology. Ingesting radioactive particles even if they occur naturally can add enormous dosage because of the long time they radiate surrounding tissue.
As for electromagnetic fields, strong does not automatically mean dangerous. Frequency and pulsation have been shown to have biological effects.
First evidence I remember was the 1972 studies in Sweden with CRT computer monitors affecting chicken eggs and hatchlings. The whole computer monitor industry modified their designs to comply with stricter field emission standards (TVs were left alone). Modern LCD monitors radiate far less, yet these stricter limits are are still in effect, see
28% of radiation studies funded by cell phone industry show some bio effects compared to 67% without such funding
