Mysterious internal heating giving it its own glow. Methane in the atmosphere for its blueness, also resulting in rain comprised of methane crystals. It's even in speculation that Neptune has oceanic glaciers made of pure diamonds. The master shepherd of the Kuiper Belt, keeping all those icy bodies in check. Surrounded by layers of rings much like Jupiter's, but includes the mysterious Adams ring.

Named after the Roman god of the sea; possessing a giant moon called Triton, named after Neptune's mighty weapon in Roman myth. Triton will one day enter within Neptune's Roche limit and become totally obliterated.

    By far my favorite planet.
