    Pretty White Noise

Frantically importing new information and ideas; editing, categorizing, and organizing for future reference. Constantly being inspired by beautiful music and art and food! Forgetting the conformist mold of our stagnant past, looking toward our eminent future. A future of free-flowing knowledge and culture. A sharing of everything, even y/our own experiences, with everyone. Multi-tasking together in the highest sense of imagination(s) possible, all at once... beautifully...

This is an interesting Tibetan Mandala, that I recognize seeing before. Does anyone know it's significance and meaning?

I ran a google image search on "cosmic mandala" and that one was very prevelant. I quite enjoyed it so I thought I would share. I wish I knew the significance of this particular one, but I do not. I'm really into meditation, and mandalas can really help you focus if you know how to use them correctly. :D cheers for any more info!

Just got news from my teacher

    Venerable Namgyel:
I contacted one of our monasteries and they confirm what I thought, that it is not the mandala of a deity, but it is a depiction of the universe ..........The continents, oceans, mountains, etc. are as in the mandala offering.
