Star Dancer

I made this image to help me remember a story that I've been working on called "Star Dancer." The synopsis is essentially this:
On a distant plant a small group of beings reach a state of enlightenment which allows them to, among other things, live indefinitely through thought alone. They use their newfound abilities and knowledge to create a utopian society and help guide those who are considered inferior to them. After an uprising brought on by the common beings there is but one 'Enlightened' left. After decades of torture and reticule the Enlightened is sentenced to a an eternity in space, orbiting their planet. This is ironic because the glass craft which they were to use was designed by the enlightens as a means of rehabilitation for criminals. The being is launched into space, but is thrown off course and away from their planet, destined to spend an eternity in the emptiness of space. (This is where the story really beings.) The bulk of the story is about the Enlightened rediscovering himself and who he was before. Meanwhile, the being attempts to remain sane by creating companions out of celestial objects. (essentially constellations) He will learn to converse with them, share stories, and even dance with some on occasion. This brings about another issue: Can an enlightened being grow insane? If so, would they still be considered enlightened? This is important, as the key to this individual's immortality is reliant on his power of mind. Anyways, I’ve still got some things to work out, but this is the initial overview. If you have any suggestions or comments I'd love to hear them.
