Project: ET2 Architecture?

George Dyson, son of physicist Freeman Dyson, has speaks at the TED conference about the Orion Project: a nuclear powered spacecraft that could reach Saturn in 5 years. Dyson took it upon himself to chronicle the project, which was classified when his father was working on it. NASA, who ended the project, ended up purchasing his research and information because he knew more about the project than they did. They are keeping the information for a doomsday situation.
