Interesting. I like what you've written though I don't have a very clear picture from it. I guess it's quite a summary of your ideas most likely.

For a while I've been mulling over the idea of a system where people are encouraged to and rewarded for actively seeking / creating new roles in an organisation which compliment existing roles, rather than squabbling and competing for existing roles in a hierarchy. A lot of what you've expressed here suggests this sort of thing perhaps?
