About the chemical snorting, I don't think I would ever get to the point where I need that. First I would try exercising, and then coffee, and then my diet, and maybe something else. Even though the nasal spray is from a naturally occurring hormone, I am still slightly afraid of the concept - it reminds me of cocaine.
