    At one time in my life I used practice staring at the wall or into 'space' till a gray dot would appear and grow to encompass me and I would move toward it in my mind and as I got inside its edges fear would come up - leading me to further experiments...such as staring in the mirror at my face relaxing control of defining my looks, whoa! the many faces you can see, even hair and beards and opposite sex etc...
