    Drugs are good. We should train to do drugs, so that we could standardize them.

    I ... tend to agree,

    1: There are drugs we just accept, like coffee
    2: There are drugs we weakly train for, like alcohol,
    3: There are harder drugs that could still be used safely but need more ritual ( see : hallucinogen use in almost any aboriginal society ).
    4: There are drugs that hack motivation so severely its unclear whether they can be safely self-administered ( Heroin )

    Its a sign of our immaturity as a people that, first, we are unable to accept scientific evidence for which drugs belong in the above categories, and secondly that we don't have infrastructure to support use of the third category. I assume that enhancement drugs fall somewhere in levels 1-3, but we risk a nee-jerk reaction of just banning something that *might* be socially useful if we understand it.

    I would build highways for the third kind. Infrastructure brings investments and money to the impoverished black community.
