Cowboys from the Future

Project Nomad is a mechanical vehicle concept by designer Jason Battersby.
The vehicle -designed like a horse- can climb steep grades and even navigate rocks and boulders. Best part, it finds its own fuel. Using a built-in GPS system, the horse seeks out vegetation which it then consumes and converts to fuel.

That's really a fantastic design -fantastic in the good and the bad way- and even if I had low expectations on riding a horse like that before I die, I wonder what's going to pop-up in the field of individual transportation, in a near future, as we walk toward this oil-crisis...

Cool concept. I've been thinking of what to use to get around the aussie outback (as I've been wanting to purchase remote property) and something like this would be perfect.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection and Use by SpaceCollective.org
SpaceCollective.org collects user submitted information such as name and email address to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the SpaceCollective.org service. SpaceCollective.org also collects other profile data including but not limited to: gender and age in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.

SpaceCollective.org also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the Website, track usage and improve the Website services. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

User Profile information including members' pictures and first names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction with the SpaceCollective.org service. SpaceCollective.org uses cookies to store visitors' preferences and to record session information for many purposes, including ensuring that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same Web page content based on browser type and user profile information. SpaceCollective.org reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of SpaceCollective.org or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.

Changes in Our Privacy Policy
From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it.
