Radiation causes cancer, and cancer grows more cancer, therefore cancer is caused by mutations of DNA, therefore any change in the environment that randomizes atoms in our bodies (like many chemicals only created recently) causes cancer.

Cancer is evolution of cells that are incompatible with the organization of existing cells into bodies. The new things Humans have built may accelerate such evolution, but evolution is not new.

The cure for any specific variety of cancer would be to take some samples of the cancer's DNA and some samples of that same person's normal DNA, and use protein-folding simulations to calculate a new DNA that tends to change from similar to the cancer DNA to similar the non-cancer DNA when randomized, and to synthesize that calculated DNA using existing DNA machines, let it self replicate in the normal liquids that DNA replicates in, put it in the person who has cancer (near the cancer cells), and grow the cure for that specific cancer.

It takes much faster computers and more memory than we will have for a long time, but maybe we will figure out a way to calculate it faster. Regardless of if we have the technology to do it, that is the general cure for cancer, theoretically.

When I said randomize, I meant to solve it for most of the possible variations, like a blur calculation. Problem is what I described takes so much computing power that it could only be run on a quantum computer. But since the universe is a big quantum computer, its just a matter of learning how to use it.

Radiation usually means gamma rays (electromagnetic waves of high frequency, energy and penetrating power). Also, the air is filled with high speed electrons, nuclei from the cosmos, and other short lived particles that again launch some particles from the nuclei in the air.

If anyone is concerned with the question what to study in life, choose nuclear physics, cosmic rays and similar topics, because the whole area rocks!

Radiation is all around. Its coming from space, the isotopes in the ground, air, food and with solar storms. DNA contains sequences that are activated by radiation, so that cells can adapt to radiation. For example, Canadians are receiving radiation from the solar storms as if their chest are being X-rayed for lung disease several times a year. Iranians in the area of Ramsar are receiving the highest level of radiation from the ground:,_Mazandaran.

The radioactivity in nature as it is should not cause any fear.

As for the electric and magnetic fields, the research papers still cannot find any evidence that you can cause anything specific in the organism with strong fields. The textbook "Magnetism in Medicine" by Andra and Nowak starts by declaring this in light of the book's very topic, the use of magnetism in medicine (for measurements, diagnostics, treatment).

Effects of radioactivity depend on the radiation dosage impinging on the tissue, no matter whether naturally occurring or from man-made technology. Ingesting radioactive particles even if they occur naturally can add enormous dosage because of the long time they radiate surrounding tissue.

As for electromagnetic fields, strong does not automatically mean dangerous. Frequency and pulsation have been shown to have biological effects.

First evidence I remember was the 1972 studies in Sweden with CRT computer monitors affecting chicken eggs and hatchlings. The whole computer monitor industry modified their designs to comply with stricter field emission standards (TVs were left alone).
