You just defined a pretty awesome directory of such places. Does such a directory exist in directory form anywhere? I think that would be a good place to get started and build up clout for more collaboration from people who could have something to offer from their own efforts to such an imperative concept (Specially, I'd imagine, people who are already involved in the places the directory points to). Suppose we could get started with a wiki/craigslist kind of format for that, and then build more tools on top of it? I got some time to kill these days if you want to throw some ideas at me for a welldefined vision of what you are thinking in regards to all of this and where we can get the snowball rolling to smash into the future later this winter
