After looking at videos of what happens to water in 0 gravity atmospheres, I am reminded of the Robbin Williams movie, Flubber...

I even made my own Flubber...

It ends of being more of a slimy consistency, but it seemed to have similar movement and malleability as the 0 gravity water.
