This is merely a method. A visual method for one to explore his or her tendencies. How does the model spin for you? Fluid? Mechanical? Are you a "right-brain" type of cat or a "left-brain"explorer?

Steady yourself on her motion. When your focus is true, examine how you're
interpreting the model's motion. During this examination, you shall also discover
if your method for interpreting is a right-brain or left-brain tendency.

Clockwise means that your left hemisphere dominates (logic)
    Conter-clockwise - right hemisphere - (artistic)
You can also choose, by trying really hard.
If you can, tilt your monitor to make it easier to switch sides.
    I donĀ“t know why yet.

I find it interesting that just by glancing away for a moment, and expecting it, the direction of rotation changes for me. Not every time, and there seems to be no pattern that I can discern.

    Interesting indeed.
