    Visual Expedition of Self
    Now playing SpaceCollective
Where forward thinking terrestrials share ideas and information about the state of the species, their planet and the universe, living the lives of science fiction. Introduction
Featuring Powers of Ten by Charles and Ray Eames, based on an idea by Kees Boeke.

I woke up sweating. I could see my room but my hearing was gone.
Only a high-pitch, buzzing sound could be heard. I thought my
lamps, windows and walls were on the verge of collapsing. So I squeezed
my eyes, rubbed my head and told myself, "You're still dreaming. Just wake up."

I opened my eyes again and listened. The pitch was still there and
still on the verge of destroying everything around me. I got out of
bed but suddenly I began falling. The force of the fall blinded my eyes.
I couldn't breath through my nose so I used my mouth. The buzzing now
became a million winds crashing into my ears.

I fell for a long time. Flames began to appear at my feet. They grew past
my legs and surrounded my hands. My whole body became the color of
well burnt charcoal. There was no pain. I just told myself to remember,
"You were once a burning star."

Seriously...I don't know why I dreamed I was a comet but I did. My body landed
somewhere in Denmark as I recall. Pieces of me were discovered and analyzed
like these comet particles that struck the Stardust Spacecraft.

What if my whole existence was underwater? How would I be remembered?

I've been feeling Elena's post. Could I drink myself into a fluid form?
How would my emotions and feelings affect my body? Would anger change my
shape? What about feelings? Would they be visible for all to see? Body as fluid?
The mere question served me an idea of freedom I've danced with on occasions.

If i was fluid, how would my conscious grow? Would the idea of a soul be meaningful
to me? How would I accept the emotions of all as my own, unique experience? If I was
fluid, what promises would i keep? What would sexy look like to me?
    If I was fluid, hmm?

I found this film about Ferro Fluid. If I was fluid, I now can see how some of my
feelings would affect the physical shape of my body.

This is merely a method. A visual method for one to explore his or her tendencies. How does the model spin for you? Fluid? Mechanical? Are you a "right-brain" type of cat or a "left-brain"explorer?

Everyday there is a view that you and only you see. Maybe it's the ceiling in your bedroom. Or possibly the nape of your lover's neck. Whatever your view is, it's more than just a visual response for the brain. It's a vessel. Its cargo is our conscious, our inquiries and our understandings. When our minds are true, we notice something peculiar about our view. Some notice a pattern while others discover "the a-ha" they never believed.

What do you see in your view?

The image below is from Bianca Wendt in Istanbul. She took a picture from her living room every hour while awake. This is the design of her view.

Sound is a semantic language for us all. It delivers a litany of sonic symbols and temporal structures. Interacting with it as a language is troublesome for many of us. Our auditory senses lack the recipe for cerebral potentacy. So what would happen to our auditory IQ if we collided physical structures and symbologies into sound?
