brilliant statement. And it exposes a principle than can manifest itself in so many interesting and profound ways:
"Can one appreciate success if he has never known failure?"
"Can one identify good if he has never experienced evil?"
And on and on and on... I dont know if theres one thing about perception and perspective that cannot apply to this principle.
