Shores of Perception
Art does not reproduce the visible; rather, it makes visible....
The painter should not paint what he sees, but what will be seen.
My aim is always to get hold of the magic of reality
and to transfer this reality into painting -
to make the invisible visible through reality.
It may sound paradoxical, but it is, in fact, reality
which forms the mystery of our existence.

* remark: In short, no visible would have been visible the way it is, without supportive powers and echoes of a whole of an invisible, that in pertinence, allows the first to exist the way it is. this premise, of course, holds true vice versa as well. Accordingly we can read Paul Klee credo:
" L'art ne reproduit pas le visible, il rend visible."
